The people's democratic Republic of Lao is located in the centre of Indochina, sharing borders with China to north west, Thailand to west, Cambodia to the south, and Vietnam to the east.
Laos has a population of a about 5.5 millions people and made up of 48 different ethnic groups within an area of 236, 800 square kilometres. Around 70 % of its terrain is mountainous reaching a maximum elevation of 2, 820 m in Xieng Khouang province. The landscapes of northern Laos and regions adjacent to Vietnam in particular are dominated by hills. The Mekong river is the main geographical feature in the west and in fact, from a natural border with Thailand and some areas. The Mekong flows through nearly 1, 900 km of Laos. In the south the Mekong reaches a breadth of 14 km, creating an area with thousands of islands. The capital Vientiane and all other major cities and towns are located of the bank of the Mekong river, while virtually every village depends on the vital bond between the land and water. The first kingdom of Laos is Lane Xang kingdom (the Land of Million Elephants). |

Day 1: Bangkok or Hanoi - Vientiane |
Upon arrival at Vientiane airport, meet your Laotian tour guide and transfer to the hotel in town for check-in and lunch at the hotel (If time permits). Afternoon, visit Vat Sisaket which was built in the 16th century and more than ten thousand Buddha statues can be seen in the niches, Hophrakeo where used to be enshrined the Emerald Buddha from the early time of Lane Xang.
Kingdom until 18th century, Patouxai known as the unknown soldier monument and That Luang Stupa where is the most important tourist attraction of Vientiane from the 16th century. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in town |

Day 2: Full day sightseeing and visit Vientiane |
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Morning Market - the central shopping of Vientiane and Ban Nong Bouathong which is famous of weaving village, Vat Ong Tu and Vat Inpeng. Lunch at hotel or at a local restaurant can be organized. Afternoon, excursion by car to visit the Buddha Park of Xiengkhouane. Enroute, stop over to visit the Friendship bridge over Mekong river between Laos - Thailand, the cultural ethnic Park near by the friendship bridge and return to the city for watching sunset on the bank of Mekong river. Dinner and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 3: Vientiane - Vang Vieng |
 Breakfast at the hotel, excursion by car to Vang Vieng on Road No. 10 and stop over to visit traditional salt attraction at Ban Keune, sticky rice wine distillation at Ban Pak Khayoung. Lunch at a local restaurant near Nam Ngum lake. After lunch, continue on driving to Vang Vang Vieng. Enroute, stop over to visit Ban Thaheua where local fishermen bartering and exchanging merchandise. Arrive Vang Vieng before sunset and transfer directly to the hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight at hotel in town. |

Day 4: Vang Vieng - Luang Pra Bang |
|
Breakfast at the hotel, visit Tham Chang where can see the view of Vang Vieng as well as its beautiful landscape. Then excursion by car to Luang Pra Bang. Enroute, enjoy its beautiful landscape and make photograph. Lunch at a local restaurant in Mouang Phoukhoune. After lunch, continue on with the excursion to Luang Pra Bang and stop over to visit minority villages of H'Mong at Ban Phoudam, Khmou village at Ban Kiou Taloune, and Ban Kiou Ya. Arrive at Luang Pra Bang before sunset and transfer directly to hotel in town for check in. Dinner and overnight at hotel in town. |

Day 5: Luang Pra Bang full day tour and sightseeing |
Breakfast at hotel, visit Vat Visoune where only one special Lao Lu architecture of Shim as well as Water Melon stupa can be seen, Vat Aham where is enshrined Pou Yeu / Ya Yeu puppets of Lao ancestors, Phousi hill for overlooking the view of the city and Vat Mai.
Souvannaphoummarame where was residence of Lao patriarch before 1975. Lunch at a local restaurant in town. Afternoon, visit Vat Sene, Vat Xieng Thong the most beautiful temple of Luang Prabang where was built from the 16th century and watch sunset at Vat Phabath Tai. Dinner at hotel or a local restaurant can be organized and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 6: Luang Pra Bang full day excursion to Pak Ou caves |
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to local pier of Luang Pra Bang to embark on a traditional boat trip to the sacred Buddha caves of Pak Ou. Enroute, stop over to visit Ban Xang Hai where sticky rice wine distillation can be seen. Lunch at a local restaurant at Ban Pak Ou. After lunch, visit the sacred Buddha caves of Tham Ting and Thamphoum where a hundred of Buddha statues are stored. Return to Luang Pra Bang to continue on visiting Ban Xangkhong the weaving village of Luang Pra Bang style. Dinner and overnight at hotel specified in town. |

Day 7: Kouangsi Water Fall 30KMS |
Full day excursion to visit the most famous Kouangsi Water Fall 30KMS.
Breakfast at hotel, excursion by car to Kouangsi Water Fall. On the way, stop over to visit the minority villages of H'Mong at Ban Na Ouane, Lao Loum village at Ban Xome or Ban Ou, and Khmou village at Ban Tha Pene near by the water fall. Picnic lunch near the water fall or at a local restaurant near by. Afternoon, return to Luang Pra Bang for dinner and overnight at hotel specified in town.. |

Luang Pra Bang inspection and visit.
Breakfast at hotel, visit National Museum the former Royal King's Palace, central market of Luang Pra Bang. Lunch at the hotel and free at leisure in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at hotel specified in town. |
